Our Story

The vision of a cozy neighborhood coffee and cocktail bar first began in the minds and hearts of Amber Stull and Joe Campana. Their goal was to create a comfortable place for people to cozy up with a good book and a glass of wine on the patio— a lively spot in a quiet part of town where people could gather some inspiration and get some work done — a safe, comfortable space for Old North End residents to have a drink with friends or just a quiet bite to eat.

And after laying eyes on the humble warehouse in the Bon Shopping Center, Joe and Amber finally saw their vision falling into place.

Trendy décor, carefully crafted menu items, and a neighborly atmosphere — STIR soon became everything Amber and Joe had dreamed of and more. What started as a quaint coffee and cocktail bar in the Springs has since blossomed into a tight-knit community of locals.

And we can’t wait to welcome you into the STIR family, too.

Our Proprietors

Amber Stull

Amber has been in the restaurant industry for over 22 years, eventually working her way up from a hostess to the owner of her very own restaurant. A Colorado native, animal-lover, and White Claw aficionado, Amber is the friendly face behind the bar and the powerhouse behind the curtain. Thanks to her determination, tenacity, and creativity, STIR has become more than just a neighborhood bar; it’s a community.

Joe Campana

Joe has been shaping the Downtown community since 2011, and STIR Coffee & Cocktails is one of his many visions come to life. Currently, Joe owns several successful sister establishments, including The Rabbit Hole (a sleek underground eatery), Supernova, Bonny & Read (one of the leading seafood establishments in the Springs), Shame & Regret (an edgy back-alley bar), and Cork & Cask (a Victorian-style wine and whiskey bar).
